Using the tools

The tools on SR Tools are provided free of charge for lawful use. You may use documents you create — including invoices — for any legitimate personal or commercial purpose. You keep all rights to the content you enter and the documents you produce.

The tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Calculations are tested, but you remain responsible for checking that any invoice, total or tax amount is correct and complies with the law and tax rules that apply to you before sending it to a customer.

Nothing on this site is accounting, tax or legal advice. Invoice requirements vary by country and by the tax schemes you are registered for. Check with a qualified professional or your tax authority if you are unsure.

Availability and your data

The site may change or be unavailable at any time without notice. Your invoices are stored only in your own browser, so we cannot restore them if they are lost. Keep your own copies of anything important by downloading the PDF.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SR Tools is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site, including lost data, lost income or errors in documents produced with the tools.
